Congratulations to our boys who did an amazing job at the Nationals this week and to the young men who were recognised at the Otago Touch Awards.

Over two days last week we had two good sorts doing good deeds.

Instrumental music lessons are now in full swing at King’s. Those who have previously been learning, continue to do so, while new Year 9’s take up the opportunity to learn an instrument while at school.

Hi, I’m Quang Pham and I’ve been studying at King’s for three years. I came halfway through Year 10 from Vietnam. I am now in Year 13 at King’s.

We all have times when stress or being overloaded have an impact on our ability to sleep. Losing sleep may affect us by making us irritable, lethargic, clumsy, sleepy and unable to concentrate during the daytime.
