Shakespeare Sheilah Winn Festival

On Thursday night, Mr McKenzie and his troop of actors took their show to the Shakespeare Sheilah Winn Festival and won the 15 minute Teacher-Directed section. Max Beal, who played Richard III won the local Best Actor Award.

Y13 Trip to Ravensdown

On Tuesday, Year 13 Chemistry students had the opportunity to visit the Ravensdown manufacturing plant, as part of an internally assessed achievement standard on industrial chemistry. After being equipped with the necessary protective equipment they were shown how sulfuric acid and superphosphate fertiliser are made. Thanks to all at Ravensdown for making this trip possible.
