As I worked in the Tari yesterday afternoon I heard the tinkling of music coming from outside. Whaea Jacqui was introducing tamariki to the joy of creating music in the great outdoors. I'm looking forward to a classroom orchestra performance sometime in the future!

Our Book Week 2022 is fast approaching - 19-23rd September

Each week the school council work together with the Tumuaki to make a positive difference at KSS. This term teachers have come to them for help with: Maths Week, Book Week, Lunchtime games and activities and being on welcoming at the gate. Here is a report from them.

Talk Together is super excited to open enrollments for their October School Holiday Programme - Confident Adventurers. This is an outdoor adventure therapy programme run by their multi-disciplinary team. It is a small group event so spaces are really limited.
