As we celebrated Waitangi Day on Tuesday, there has been much discussion about Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

We are delighted to welcome a number of new staff to our MGC whānau this year.

On Thursday 2nd February, we had the privilege of welcoming all of our new students, staff and whānau to Marlborough Girls' College through a traditional pōwhiri.

As you will be aware, we currently have rules around cell phone use at school.

We are focusing on strengthening belonging and achievement for all students. We know that being at school and attending all classes everyday makes a huge difference to the confidence, sense of belonging and achievement of young people.

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of some of our international learners to our kura. Their presence brings a wealth of diverse perspectives, cultures, and experiences that will undoubtedly enrich our school community.
