Harriette recently received merit in her Trinity College Rock and Pop Grade 1 Singing exam, which involved assessment in vocal technique, performance and session skills.  Well done Harriette J!!

Our recent TRS inquiry has been focusing on sustainability. For the past couple of weeks we have been looking at environmental areas both within our local community and beyond. 

In Room 9, we have been doing inquiries around sustainability. 

In our most recent TRS inquiry, we explored the Central Idea that ‘people’s choices affect the environment and living things.’

As you can see the Mt Pleasant School uniform has changed a lot. When the school opened in 1928 there were 19 pupils. 

Between us, we have raised over $1200. Thank you to all those who have donated and have helped us spread some MAGIC!

On the back of the Pink Ladies' effort last Saturday and raising over $1200 for Breast Cancer awareness, I thought that it would be a top idea to get behind another great cause!

Mt Pleasant Oscar will be running on the Teacher Only Day - Friday 1 June 8.30-5.30. We will be staying onsite, baking, doing craft projects, competitions, watching a movie and doing the optional pizza lunch - $41 till 3pm and $45 till 5.30 pm.

We use the same forms of communication for all our announcements so it is good to ensure you know about these, as they give you the latest information about the events and happenings at MPS.

Why do we have an Enrolment Zone? School enrolment zones stop schools becoming overcrowded, and guarantee children living within any given school zone can attend their local school. Enrolment zones are determined by negotiation between the Boards of surrounding schools. See map above to view our enrolment zone.
