After a great break, I have returned to school. Life has gone on without me. It is great to know we have such a supportive community.

Visit this articleKids had a great day skiing despite the poor visibility and all had a good crack at their first Mt Cheeseman primary school race. With 260 kids racing, from schools all over Canterbury it was quite an experience!
Visit this articleThis week we welcomed Chef Wendy and she ran two fabulous workshops for us. The students worked in two groups and each group had two sessions working with Wendy. In the first session she taught the students how to make their own bread and they learned how to shape it into buns. They also did some pasta making.
Visit this articleThis week’s challenge was to bake an item featuring vegetables. A delicious spread was presented, both sweet and savoury. Carrots, parsnips, beetroot, courgettes, pumpkin, mushrooms … it was a great way to get ‘5 Plus’ a day! Congratulations to our winners – Grace M, Ellen T, Tessa D, Rosie R.
