Volunteer Nelson Young Leaders Programme is open for 16-24 year olds

The NZ Uniforms shop at Nayland College will open temporarily on the 9th, 10th and 11th November from 8.45am to 5:00pm. After this, all stock will be moved to our new site: Unit 8, 38 Estuary Place, Richmond. The new shop will open from Thursday 1 December.

12pm-2pm Thursday 1 December at Stoke Youth Park. Whanake Youth are working alongside some awesome organisations and local youth services to provide rangatahi, their friends, and their whānau with resources, information, and tools, to equip themselves for the long summer holiday period.

Every Monday from 3:30pm – 5pm, starting 14 November. Open to the whole community and will be run by staff from Whakatū Marae, at the Marsden cricket grounds, next to the Stoke Youth Park. It is for intermediate age and upwards, and the whole whānau are encouraged to get involved.

10am - 2pm Sunday 13 November. Beautiful, affordable, locally made gifts and crafts. Plus live music and refreshments. Richmond Town Hall, 9 Cambridge St. Food item or gold coin entry to the Nelson Community Foodbank gratefully received. Email prettycraftymarket@gmail.com for more information.

9am - 12pm, Monday - Friday, 16-27 January 2023. Study NZ's road rules and study for the learner driver theory test. Open to anyone who has English as a second language, you do not need to be doing an ESOL course.
