Welcome Back! The 2019 school year starts Monday!

The big change for our Hub before the school year even begins is that Mrs Forbes will no longer be a teacher in the Year 2 team. We are thrilled to welcome back Miss Karen van Gelder, who was a Year 2 teacher in 2018.

On Day 1...

- If you are in 2AH or 2EC then you will be hanging your bags up in Room 14a. If you are in 2EM or 2SF/2KV you will be hanging your bag up in the Room 14/15 cloakbay.

- Don't forget your sun hats, they are an absolutely essential part of the school uniform in Term 1.

What's Coming Up...

- The Year 2 Hub will be swimming on Tuesday and Wednesday for as long as the weather allows. Bring your named togs, and towel in a named bag on both days (though only on Tuesday in Week 1 because...).

- School is closed on Wednesday due to Waitangi Day.

- On Thursday night from 5:30-7:30 it is our Community Evening. Join us for dinner on the school field from 5:30-6:00. Then head into the hall to be introduced to the staff and get an update on the rebuild at 6:00. At 6:30, then repeated at 7:00 will be an information session in each Hub about the 2019 learning programme. Ours will be in Room 14a (the old reception class), we look forward to seeing you.
