Writing

We are nearly finished with our narrative writing, the final event is the big battle at the end and we started that this Friday. We will be working on this all week next week as well as adding a twist ending! Then Mr Horn and Mr Morehu will be working hard to get them all published before the end of the term!

Maths

Mr Horn's maths class have been learning how to stack equations so we can make our carrying of place value additions and subtractions a little more visual. 

Topic

Our mural is finally finished, embodying the healthy community topic, we are very happy with the results.

On Monday morning the mural will be mounted, we would love for everyone to come and see the product of all our hard work!

Gala

- The weather cleared up for the gala and we had a great time performing on stage. Check out the video below!

What's Coming Up...

- The whole school assembly is on Monday at 2pm, it will be the final assembly where Kakano learners will receive their CARE award

- Mr Horn is on ICT Release on Tuesday
