A few weeks ago Des gave away once of his prized possessions to a person that has done a lot for the school. Des did this personally but was thanking this person on behalf of the school.

This was the best Southland Boys’ team we had seen in years - big, aggressive, structured and skilled. Pre-season they put away King’s College from Auckland, then Christchurch Boy’s High School. We were on notice.

Last Saturday, Matthew Sims (Year 13 in 2020) was presented with his Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award at a function in Dunedin.
