We will be hosting another parent session on Structured Literacy at PPS for all interested parents next Friday at 2pm in Pīwakawaka . This session will help explain to you how we teach reading and spelling in the junior school and also The Code (spelling) in the senior school. This is great for all new parents to our school and also for those wanting some tips on how you can best support your child at home with their literacy learning.

Year 5 and 6 basketball

by Jo Morris

We would like to say a huge thank you to Bridget Walker-Grant for the coaching of our team. We would also like to thank her teacher for allowing her to come down during class time on Thursday lunchtimes, to help our team become better players. Without her help we would not have been able to have a team playing in the YMCA competition. We really appreciate all her time, her coaching and her support during our games. Thank you to our parents who also continue to support our players!
