At Pārāwai School, learners are provided with the best technology that makes a critical difference to learning. Many schools offer chromebooks that simply replace pad and paper and offer very little else. With the use of Ipads and specific apps for learning, our students get the very best of the opportunities that digital technologies can provide and can take learning to the next level.

iPads and the associated Apps we use allow our learners to gain essential digital technology learning that supports that whole curriculum. From movie making, coding and creating beautiful artworks and published work, our iPads bring a whole level of learning that is not possible otherwise.

At Pārāwai we supply all Year 4-8 students with an up to date iPad. They have full access to this technology so that it is always available for their learning programme. Our school uses large scale device management tools to keep the iPads up to date and monitor their use.
