Queen's was privileged to take part in the national career programme ‘Inspiring the Future’.

Our Year 10 English classes are currently working on a speaking and performance unit, ‘Mana Wahine’ (strong women). This involves Speech, Spoken Word and Poetry Out Loud.

At Queen’s High School, the expectation is that students take pride in their appearance and wear their uniform correctly, at all times. Taonga are permitted. Students are permitted to wear a watch, one ring, and two studs/sleepers in each lower lobe or outer ear. Items of jewellery are not to be obtrusive or obvious. Facial piercings are not permitted in any form and hair must be tied back and a natural colour. Here is the full school uniform list.
