The Raroa School Board met on Monday 19 September. This was our first meeting of the board following the recent election cycle. Highlights of the meeting were:

In Week 7, 74 students had the week of their lives representing Rāroa up in Tauranga at AIMS Games.

Now that the renovations to the Administration Block have been completed, Sushi lunches will be available every Wednesday from 19th October.

The Rāroa Chess Team is representing the Wellington Region at the Chess Power National Tournament in Rotorua in a few weeks.

This is a competition that focuses on the ability to solve problems using mathematicians' skills, strategies and knowledge.
