The Board welcomes all families back to school and hopes that the summer break has been enjoyed by all. We know how much parents will be looking forward to having our children back at school!

As communicated at the end of last year, the Board commented on one of the themes that came through strongly in the parent survey was an acknowledgement and appreciation for all the opportunities that Seatoun School provide for our children. The voluntary donations play a very important part in the funding for additional staff and for several of these programs and opportunities at our school. It is also very aware of the reduction in funding the Friends of Seatoun School have been able to raise. The Board have approved an increase in the voluntary donation of $25/term per pupil, which will support the continuation of these opportunities for our children. The Board acknowledge that 2022 was a challenging financial year with the increase in the cost of living and would like to thank everybody that has contributed towards voluntary donations, enrichment fees and activities fees last year.
