National Chess Power Champions Trophy
Theo Hill (year 6) came 5th in the Junior grade at the National Chess Power Champions Trophy. The event was held in Auckland at Labour weekend. The competition consists of 9 rounds of chess, and Theo won 7 of his games. Next year he will move up to play in the intermediate grade.
