Badminton - Wellington under 13 Team

A few weeks ago, I (Benjamin Nathanson) got into the Wellington under 13 team for badminton. I started playing badminton when l was seven. I really liked it. Then l got a coach called Brandon. He taught me footwork and how to play badminton. My father coached me as well. When l was eight and a half l was really good and wanted to get into the badminton under 13 team. Ever since I set my goal l have trained every day! When the day came for the badminton under 13 trials, l gave 200% and l did not believe l was beating almost everybody. When the trails finished l was pretty confident l would get in the team. After a week of waiting my father told me l had got into the team. I was very happy because l was in the team and l was the youngest person there at the age of nine. I am looking forward to the tournaments l am going to play in.
