Whiria te tāngata - 27 September

Nearest & Dearest Day

Save the Date! Friday 1st November (9.00-11.00am)

Students are invited to bring up to four special people in their life - this might be grandparents, an aunty, an uncle, a parent, sibling or a family friend.

Car parking will be a challenge with a large number of people onsite so encourage people to use the neighbouring reserve, side streets and to walk in to school.

Our Nearest and Dearest are invited to join classes from 9.00am -11.00am, and also to visit our Book Fair in the office area.

The morning will be relatively informal and flexible, and an opportunity for our students to share their school with their near and dear. There will be also be a light morning tea & tea/coffee available.

Chinese Language Week

Nĭ hăo! This week we are celebrating NZ Chinese Language Week.

Our school has approximately 45% of our students for whom English is a second language, with over 30 different first languages.

New Zealand Chinese Language Week celebrates the identity, language, and culture of China, and is an important way to bring our community of students together.
