The students were shown how to eco-source seeds from a local reserve - Te Awa O Katapaki (by the bridge through to Woodridge).

Recently they continued their learning & returned to the reserve to plant native trees, grasses & harakeke (flax).

The Fun Run will be held on Thursday 8 August and parents are more than welcome to come & watch (more information will be sent closer to the time). The emphasis is on fun, as well as and fitness!

Our Pūkeko & Kererū students will complete a course within the school field (including obstacles to navigate under, over and through). Tūī & Kāhu students will complete a slightly larger course, heading out into Hare Puke Park.
