We all have things in life we are extremely good at and also extremely bad at.
During the six week Extreme Platoon bootcamp, I am going to help the girls find and explore their extreme and bring it out through motivation, guidance, knowledge, support and FUN!
You are your only challenge!
It takes extreme effort to even grow the courage to start, extreme motivation not to quit and extreme belief to get to the finish!
Whenever you hear a word like "extreme" or "challenge", remember, even elite athletes have to be challenged to keep going foward or they would stay the same.
Challenge = Change
There's a reason for putting pressure on your own abilities and that is simply to always be challenged so you get change. There are so many changes both mentally and physically to gain. It's a lifestyle of always moving forward due to challenge = change.
Your mind will give up long before your body does that's why we always have to toughen our mind. Our bodies are fully capable.
