Our 2023 Student Leaders!

Hi my name is Bec O’Sullivan and I am excited to be a new parent elect on the WGHS board.

With the Otago and Aoraki Secondary School Athletic Championships being postponed in March the girls finally competed in these Championships over the last weekend in October.

This week the pastoral team of WGHS and our School Hostel Manager joined with the WBHS staff to participate in a training workshop called Mental Health 101.

As students move into the senior school a graphics calculator becomes a vital part of the toolbox in Mathematics as it allows students to do the higher order thinking and not lose valuable time getting caught up in the calculations.
