All absences need to be reported to the office by leaving a message on 347 8448 before 8.50am.

If anybody has a gazebo we could use for the day on Sunday we could really use a few more - we are looking for the 3x3m square variety. Please email info@westmeltonfete.co.nz to organise or drops off between 2-3pm on Saturday.

We now have a list of all the stall holders attending please head to www.westmeltonfete.co.nz and have a look at the Stalls section.

Please bring your own bags to the Fete on Sunday as we are an enviro school we will not be supplying plastic bags.

Don’t forget to get creative and bring your scarecrow along on Sunday, we have some fantastic prizes!!

If you haven’t returned these please do so asap - there will be somebody at the school between 2-3pm on Saturday and they can be dropped off then.

If you have any plants you would like to donate please drop off to school between 2-3pm on Saturday.

Drop of times over the weekend are Saturday 30 March from 2-3pm and from 8:30am on Sunday morning at the baking stall.

We have had the most amazing items donated for the white elephant so far! Final drop off time is 2-3pm on Saturday. Don’t forget your shopping bag on the day!
