It has been a very challenging week for everyone in Canterbury. I am grateful to our staff for maintaining routine and consistency for our learners when sometimes it is hard to concentrate oneself.

In term 1 & 4 black bucket hats are a compulsory uniform item and need to be worn every day when outside during play time, lunch time and for outside of the classroom activities.

Some people may recognise Nazer who was our cleaner all of last year.

We would be very grateful for any donations of baking supplies as we used a fair amount of our stocks last friday- in particular we need butter, flour, gluten free biscuits, baking powder, sugar (caster and normal), chocolate chips and jam. There will be a box in the office area - we really appreciate your support .

Well done to Te Ara Whanake 2 for selling the most amount of tickets for the raffle. They enjoyed a wonderful morning tea supplied by Jo and Inspired Delights. Please drop your ticket cards into the box in the foyer and remember to grab some extra cards if you need them. Cards are due back by 9am on Friday April 12th April and thank you to all those who have sold tickets and returned their cards.
