We have had a few last minute changes that have enabled us to start the upgrade of the Junior Block in A Wing sooner than anticipated.

The Westland High School Kapa Haka roopu competed on Monday at the Te Hui Ahurei on nga Kapa Haka o Te Tai Poutini in the Greymouth Regent Theatre.

Keigo Itani is heading back to his family, we wish him a safe journey.

Rebecca Davis, Year 12 student and Hapū Water's representative on the Runanga Tauira, has been elected to be next year's Student Representative on the Westland High School's Board of Trustees.

The Senior Basketball team competed in Greymouth for the South Island Senior Secondary School tournament recently.

The latest Westland High School and Community production at the Regent Theatre 16 - 19 October 2019.

The International Director, Jane Brownie is currently in Germany making contacts for our international programme and caught up with one of our past International students.

We want to hear about all student achievements, past and present.

The international programme is building the numbers of students taking up the opportunity to study abroad.
