Reporting Absences
We are currently receiving many absentee notifications that do not include the child’s surname, room number, or reason for that child's absence. Using the School App to report absences ensures our admin team has all the information required to code absences appropriately into our system.
Go to the App Store on your device and search 'SchoolAppsNZ' to download the app. Then search ‘Your School Name’ to find Bethlehem School.

Room
Reason for their absence in your message (this is a requirement for the Ministry of Education).

It is important to include the Office when informing class teachers as the teacher may be away from the classroom or off site for a variety of reasons. The Attendance Officer is based in the Main School Office, not the classroom. Thank you to all those who already do this for us.
