Head Prefect, Bethany Crossan, Head of Whanaungatanga, Angela Reupena and Principal, Christine O'Neill planted an Akeake tree as part of New Zealand's gift to mark the King's special day.

Two of our Violin students had the opportunity to perform with the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra on Tuesday 9 May.

On Monday 8 May we had a fabulous afternoon of running at Hagley Park for the Canterbury Secondary Schools’ Road Race Championships.

Our Assessment Co-ordinator, Alastair Blyth, will explain the current system of NCEA for parents of students who are currently in Year 11, and the new system of NCEA for parents of students who are currently in Year 10.

Te Kura o Hine Waiora would like to invite students and whānau to our Term 2 Whānau Hui, to be held in the PAC on Thursday 18 May at 6pm.

Tights and thermals are part of the PE uniform, and can be worn to school on Wednesdays if students are playing competitive sport after school.
