Congratulations to our swim team who competed in the Canterbury Championships at Jellie Park last Friday, 5 April. The following swimmers were placed in the top three in their various events. Well done girls.

On Tuesday 7th May there will be an information evening held for parents in the Performing Arts Centre from 6pm about the National Certificate in Educational Achievement (NCEA) as a qualification and the expectations on students. Parents with students in Years 11 - 13 are welcome to attend along with their daughters. The presentation will take approximately 30 minutes.

Chemistry Week, 29 April – 3 May, celebrates the Periodic Table and the Chemistry Department have organised several great competitions for the students.

The Christchurch Girls’ High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora Board of Trustees will be meeting at 5pm on Monday 29 April in the school library. Parents are welcome to attend for the first 15 minutes.

The Year 12 Formal will be on Saturday, June 8th. Ticket information will be emailed to students and caregivers shortly.
