The Fun Run will take place on a planned course at school that includes obstacles and challenges along the way. Here's what you need to know about the event.

We are pleased to announce that we have booked El Rancho Holiday Camp in Waikanae for a whole school camp week in week 4 of term 4.

At the core of our values are ‘whanaungatanga’ and ‘tūrangawaewae’. We believe strongly that the foundation of our identity comes from who we come from. We acknowledge that every child brings with them, first and foremost, their own ‘identity’ to be treasured and nurtured for their own well-being. We want our students to be proud of their school and feel a real sense of belonging.

Congratulations to our Super Sport rugby teams who competed in Levin on Friday. Our boys came 2nd to Whanganui who were undefeated and our girls brought home the banner (1st place). Tū ana te kauwae! - We are so proud of you all!

Our cake decorating team have done it again! Hard work, commitment, creativity and the tutorship of our talented Ms Marshal have resulted in our tamariki winning several top prizes in the national cake decorating competition in Wellington. We have a teachers-only day on Friday 9th September (Week 7, Term 3). We have the 'Te Whiri Kōkō' RTLB services to facilitate a professional development day around the 'Mana Potential' programme, which we will implement in all of our classes at the beginning of 2023. Please be advised that school will be closed for instruction on this day.

On the 3rd and 4th of August, our Monrad Tirohanga roadshow visited six schools to talk to tamariki about our kura. Many teachers and tamariki from the other schools were raving about our speakers and performers. All involved upheld our Mana Tirohanga and displayed it to an excellent standard. Ko koutou a runga!
