Mot 1 & Mot 3 bus route changes

Now that the numbers have settled down, Nelson Coachlines will go back to the original pick-ups/drop offs; Mot 3 will pick up/drop off from Motueka through Tasman to Ruby Bay and Mot 1 will start in Mapua again. This means that students between Tasman Store and Tait Street in Ruby Bay will no longer need to transfer at Waimea bus bay.
