Term 4 brings mixed emotions for our students. Year 8s are excited about the next steps in their education but sad to leave the intermediate. Year 7s are looking forward to be the new leaders in the school but will miss their year 8 friends.

During the first two weeks of Term 3, Room 15 was all about politics.

Ms Lowe, Principal of Newlands Intermediate, asked the whole school to research Newlands history.

On Wednesday 25th October, we, Room 1 went to Keith Spray Pool for our first session of snorkelling with our Mountain To Sea instructors.

And, in typical Newlands Intermediate School fashion, it was a competition.

Room 10 has been working towards making the best presentation possible for Bird of the Year.
