REMINDER: Music Festival Tickets!

Ticket sales will close on Monday 21st of June, and purchased tickets will be distributed by Friday 2nd July. Music Festival tickets are available for ordering from our school office. Your name will not go on the list until we have received payment. Please do not ring the office and ask us to put tickets aside for you. They are non-transferable between the two nights, and OIS is performing on the evening of Wednesday, July 7.

Be Yourself Day (mufti day)

OIS is having a Be Yourself Day tomorrow Tuesday 22 June and will be collecting gold coin donations for the SPCA. This means that students can wear their normal clothes for the day - yes that’s right… no uniform! REMINDER that we finish at 1.05 pm this day due to a Teacher's Union Meeting.

Foggy and Miserable days...

On Tuesday this week we had thick fog across the district, which certainly in Oamaru lingered around. I personally saw a large number of vehicles driving without lights on and a number of cyclists who had no lights at all.
