This week the students and staff have taken a leap of faith.

This week our junior boys are completing an inquiry learning process into the proposed new harbourside development along the waterfront. 

Congratulations to Year 12 student Nicolas Sinnott who has been selected to attend Powering Potential.

From 2018 there will be a new style of jacket for our junior boys to wear at school on wet and cold days.

Summer holidays are looming and it's a great time for students, and their families, to get off the screens and get stuck into a good book.

There was further success for our teams in this week's Junior Cricket Tournament.

The finalists for the OBHS Junior Tennis Championships were found after a full day of tennis at the school courts on Thursday.

On Thursday the OBHS Junior Touch team broke a 5 year drought in winning the OSSSA Touch competition played at the Kensington Oval.

The annual Sport Otago Junior Golf Tournament was held this week at the Chisholm Park Links golf course.

This week a team of Year 10 students competed in the Otago Regional Dodgeball competition held at the Metro Sports Centre in Dunedin. 

The junior water polo team played in a small league of school teams on Monday at Moana Pool and will compete at the Junior Water Polo South Island Championships in Christchurch this coming weekend. 

The Otago Volleyball Championships were held at the Edgar Centre last weekend.
