Parents , students and friends attended a special assembly on Friday 22 February to honour those students who had gained a Merit or Excellence endorsement in their NCEA certificates in 2018.

Looks like the Yr 7/8 syndciate are having a great time on camp.

The PTA has the usual big fundraisers coming up and volunteer help is so essential to the success of these. Helping in any small way is always appreciated and while we know time is becoming such a precious commodity in our lives, any offer of help, no matter how small, is very welcome.

The University of Canterbury is delighted to offer the 2019 Kiwi Competitions for Primary, Intermediate and Secondary schools.

We are excited to announce Oxford Area School will be hosting this biennial event on Saturday 31st August this year.

Congratulations to the following students who set new swimming records at the recent Oxford Area School Years 9 -13 Swimming Sports.

On Thursday 14 February, a team of eight students attended the CCHS Swimming Sports held at Dudley Pool. We may have had a small team but they made a big impact on the water.

The two Year 9/10 classes are focussing on International Cuisine during Term One.
