On Wednesday 15 December we celebrated the successes of our middle school students (Y7 - Y10) at the End of Year Prizegiving.

Congratulations to our Arts and Cultural Students who excelled in Drama, Dance and The Performing Arts, in 2021. What a lot of talent we have at Papamoa College!

We have had a great year of achievement with many of our students gaining vocational qualifications and workplace confidence. Students leaving school have gone on into apprenticeships, full-time employment and future study.

On Friday 10 December we held our annual Ultimate Whanau Day.

On Thursday 9th December we held our annual LMS Battle of the Commons. It was a great day of intellectual and physical challenges.

The College Reception will be closed from midday on Wednesday 15 December and will reopen on Monday 24 January.

Students are required to have the necessary stationery as specified on the relevant stationery list. Please note in 2022 Papamoa College requires students to Bring Your Own Device (BYOD).

Bay of Plenty Secondary School sanctioned events in Term 1 2022 will be restricted to fully vaccinated participants, aged 12 and over. Where practical, this mandate extends to spectators attending also.

Every year, the Tauranga Art Gallery shows an exhibition of the top student artwork from around the Bay of Plenty. The exhibition will run from Thursday 16 December until Sunday 16 January. A great chance to see some amazing work by some very talented students!

Next year our Welcome Bay school bus operator is changing. Our new school bus operator is Madge Coachlines (Uzabus).

Papamoa College recently held a Mufti Day, to support an initiative by the Papamoa Community Centre, to give gifts to those in need at Christmas.
