Students need to indicate which subjects they want to study next year by 30 October.

Destination is a group of four passionate young entrepreneurs -Toby Scannell, Dharma Van Diepen, Zack Robb and Ainemaria Burrell who have come up with the Journey bag to accompany outdoor enthusiasts on their adventures.

Students considering choosing Gateway as a subject in 2021 are required to attend the information evening along with a parent/guardian as part of the application process. The course can be taken in Year 12 OR Year 13. Numbers are restricted

Last weekend 3 Roncalli College teams participated in the South Island Secondary Schools Rugby 7’s Competition, held at Alpine Energy Stadium in Timaru.

Before starting Gateway this year I thought that I wanted to be an electrician. After this work placement I realised I wanted to do something where I can design electrical circuits and devices and also build them.

Choosing Hairdressing helped me gain more confidence with talking to new people and just being hands on with clients I have never met before. Overall I was very lucky to have been given the opportunity to work at Viva Hair for my work experience, I gained a lot of new knowledge and far more confidence especially in myself.
