The new Year 1 children have made a great start to school. Last week they had their school visits and learnt the routines of the school.

This is a catch up day from 2021 as due to the lockdown we were unable to have this day.

During one of the teacher-only days at the beginning of the term the staff at Somerfield Te Kura Wairepo took part in a professional development day about the new Aotearoa NZ history curriculum being rolled out into schools 2022.
