Our school community helped Rodeson and his family reach their goal to travel to Analeim in the US to participate in the World Championship of Performing Arts competitions. There were so many participants, categories and countries involved. Rodeson competed in several preliminary competitions before he reached the finals for the 11-12 year old age group. He came away with a gold medal and the knowledge that he had tried his best.

On Tuesday Rodeson led the singing at Mass and there were several parishioners with tears in their eyes as Rodeson sang "I sing to Mary, our mother, the one who heard God's call..."
