Whiria te tāngata - 10 November 2023

Photo Day - 16 November

Thursday 16th November will be our school photo day and photos will be taken of each Whānau Group.

For the past three years we have had our school photos taken by our resident photographer (and Deputy Principal), Anna Pratt. We think Anna has done an incredible job & these photos capture our students & teachers beautifully.

Once the photos are ready, you will receive an email with a link to your child's whānau group folder for you to download the image at no charge.

We will open up a donation option on Kindo for those who would like to gift a koha in lieu of paying for the photos, which will be passed onto Waikato Women's Refuge.

Hay Fever & Sun Safety Reminders

We have had a large number of our students suffering from hay fever symptoms over the last few weeks.

If your child has antihistamine medication at home and is suffering hay fever, please administer this in the mornings before school. We can keep prescribed medication at school in the office if you would prefer, but we will need a Medicine Consent Form signed too.

Sunhats & Sunblock
Please continue to send a sunhat every day to school and apply sunblock in the mornings.

Even on overcast days, sunhats are very important (especially in Terms 1 & 4). We will be encouraging students without a hat to play in the shade during break time.

Thank you for your support.
