A very special welcome to our new learners and their whānau.

As part of our review cycle we would like to seek your feedback on EOTC (Education Outside the Classroom) at West Melton School.

It's hard to believe we are halfway through the term already!

Unfortunately so far it has been a term for illnesses! We've had reported cases of Chicken Pox, Impetigo (school sores) and Hand, Foot and Mouth amongst the usual coughs, colds and sore throats.

Sport this term has been much like the past two terms this year, stops and starts around every corner.

Kōwhai would like to do a BIG "Thank You" to Westco Timber and Mike Glover.💥🔨 They have been donating wood to the Kōwhai Community for our learners to use to create and build things at the construction table. 🔨 We'd also like to thank Karen Forsey, Kaiden's mum who has been going and collecting the wood for us and then delivering it to school. 🤩 Kei whea mai! Awesome!👏

Scholastic Book Club orders are due in by Monday 31 August at 3:30pm.
