ERO Evaluation for Hagley

An Education Review Office evaluation of our school is starting during Term 1. A new collaborative review model is being used, working with us over time. Previous ERO reviews were short and intensive events lasting about five days.

Remembering 22 February 2011

On 22 February, it was a decade since the major earthquake struck Christchurch. It was a day when everyone can place where they were at 12.51 in the afternoon. Staff and students marked 22 February with a short commemoration to acknowledge that everyone in our school community was touched by this tragic event.

Student Achievement in 2021

Student achievement results in 2020 were positive, despite the fact that face- to-face learning was interrupted for the period of the lockdown when Hagley College was closed for instruction from Wednesday 25th March until Tuesday 28th April, and school did not fully reopen to all students until Monday 18th May.
