Last week our Year 10 students took part in an exciting new event designed by the Tertiary Education Commission.

While year 10 were away at camp, The House invited our new year 8 boarders to have a taster of what boarding life is like.

On Tuesday the 23 November, the year 10’s went on camp to Hanmer Springs.

This year The House held its first ever junior Compulsory In-Weekend. A weekend to celebrate the end of the year and to bond as a group.

As part of our Year 10 Careers week, our students were able to spend the day at our local Polytechnic, Ara.

This year we have started a garden to grow some vegetables for the Home Economics Department to help save money and to be more sustainable.

The annual cultural food challenge for Year 9's took place recently.

Lily Weir, a year 9 student is the third generation Weir to race in the NZPBA circuit racing.

TGHS Rowing Fundraiser

Plunket are really excited to introduce their new online Babysitting course for teenagers. Just in time for the school holidays when lots of teenagers will be looking after young children we believe this course will give some great information for these students before they start.

The CPlay team is excited to be slowly revealing the plans for this epic playground that is coming to Caroline Bay in 2022.
