Waitaki Girls' High School were proud to support the Victorian Heritage Celebrations on Friday 18th, with four of our Year 9 students volunteering to be servers at the special morning tea held at the Early Settlers Hall.

PPTA members will be attending a union meeting on Wednesday morning, 30 November 2022. Waitaki Girls' High School is unable to run timetabled classes until 11.25am on that day.

This week saw a variety of tournaments organised in Timaru for junior students of the Aoraki Secondary School region.

Waitaki Girls’ was fortunate to be donated a beautiful red bench seat by the North Otago Lions, in memory of Janet Patterson an Old Girl and founding member of North Otago Lions.

On Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th November, we suspended our usual timetable so that Year 9 & 10 students could participate in a workshop on resilience and well-being facilitated by Ange Rathbone and Marcelle Nader-Turner of Dunedin.
