On Wednesday this week we celebrated International Women’s Day.

The Art Department is very excited that three of our level three art students portfolios have been selected to be a part of the prestigious NZQA Top Art Exhibition this year.

This term our Hockey Club was invited to have a friendly pre-season match against a touring team from Dunalistair High School from Chile.

Christchurch Girls’ High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora will be closed Thursday 16 March 2023 due to a PPTA member strike.

On Monday 20 March, school will finish at 12.05pm at the conclusion of period 3.

The school appreciates all payments for donations. These funds are used to fund educational, cultural, IT, sporting and social amenities and activities not covered by the Government Operational Grant.
