Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora will be hosting the Open Day Experience on 16 May 2023.

Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora Year 9 student, Micahlei Timo, was invited to present at the recent NZEI Conference.

During the recent April Holidays, we participated in an event sponsored by Rabobank and run by Lincoln University where students had a week filled with agricultural activities.

Three Christchurch Girls’ High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora have competed in the Open Water Swimming events over the past summer season. They have achieved some fantastic results and travelled throughout New Zealand to compete.

Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora students, Sophia Smith and Micahlei Timo were selected to attend the 2023 Youth Poetry Summit in Auckland last term.

During the April school holidays, five Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora students travelled to Napier to compete in the National Age Group Championships for swimming.

On Tuesday 2 May, we had our first Dance and Drama showcase of the year.

Te Kura o Hine Waiora would like to invite students and whānau to our Term 2 Whānau Hui, to be held in the PAC on Thursday 18 May at 6pm.

You are all welcome to our first Music concert of the year on Thursday 11 May, starting 6pm in the PAC.

The next PTA meeting will be held on 9 May at 6pm in the Cafe 101.
