It was VERY muddy, and a little bit chilly, but so much fun!

Tena koutou nga whanau, nga mihi nui ki a koutou katoa. We have had another fabulous couple of weeks at Diamond Harbour School. 

Next week is book week, when we will celebrate our love of reading. Have you thought about a book character costume yet? Maybe you're keen to come along to our bedtime stories evening, or you'd like to share stories with your child's class. Don't forget to also check out the Scholastic book fair, which will run all week. Read on to find out details about what’s happening.

Congratulations to the following students who received Diamond Harbour School Values Certificates the last 2 weeks :

Payments for term 3 weekly lunch option are due from now should your child wish to receive the lunch option in term 3.  For just $10.00 for the term (or $20.00 for the rest of the year) your child can  enjoy this great initiative. The payment can be made online with "Lunch" and the child's name as a reference, or by cash any time from now until the end of week 3, term 3.

We are inviting all students to bring in non electronic board and card games to play for our Earth Hour tomorrow morning.

Every now and again we hear about some amazing stories of our students achieving at a regional and national level outside school. Hi I’m Jasmin and I’m a second year Nutrition student at Ara (CPIT). I am helping out with the Garden to Table Organisation as part of my work placement hours. I am really excited to be working alongside Maria and Lisa helping educate the Diamond Harbour students about growing, cooking and eating from the garden to table and everything else in between.

The Community Dental Service will operate an emergency service over the school holidays. This service will operate by appointment only and if we are unable to see your child, alternative options will be given. Read more for appointment times.
