The Dunedin City Council will start carrying out regular on-site compliance audits of buildings that have a building warrant of fitness.

Information that will assist you with providing a complete and technically accurate building consent application. These types of applications are processed faster than incomplete applications.  The processing clock does not start until the application has been checked for accuracy and completeness.
