EU - Climate Change and Human Rights Challenge

The University of Canterbury along with the EU offered an opportunity for students to attend a European Union - Climate change and Human Rights Challenge on 11/12 June 2021. Five students from Hornby High School, Ella, Natasha, Nidhi, Nathan (Year 12), and Alyana (Year 13) took up the challenge along with about 170 students from other schools.

Level 3 Geography Trip to Kaikoura

On the 14/15 May 2021 the Level 3 Geography students took part in the annual geography trip to Kaikoura. This trip is to give the students a hands-on experience of collecting primary data in a natural environment.
