The NZEI Te Riu Roa National Executive has postponed ALL paid union meetings for primary teachers and principals. This is as a mark of respect for the 50 children, men and women murdered in Christchurch and to ensure schools and ECE services can focus on children and their needs.
Bus services have been notified. School will finish at the normal time next Tuesday, 26 March.
Thank you to all new families who have completed Direct Debit forms for payment of Attendance Dues upon enrolment of your child. This authority has now been loaded and we advise that the first debit to your account will occur on the 1st April 2019, if no alternate date has been arranged.
Monthly payments are $163.67 per child – Monthly Direct Debits will be debited on the 1st of each month, however, if this date falls on a weekend or public holiday your payment will be processed on the next business day.
Quarterly payments are $491.00 per child – Quarterly payments are deducted on the 1st April, July, October and January. Payments will be processed on the following business day should this date fall on a weekend or public holiday.

Tuesday, 2 April for Years 1 – 13
Information about the conferences and login details for the online booking system (PTO) were emailed home on Monday.
The PTO website is now open for bookings - bookings will close at 9.00am on the day of interviews.
School will have an EARLY FINISH time of 2pm on Tuesday, 2 April for the Parent/Teacher Conferences.
Bayes buses will leave at the early time of 2pm, but Ritchies buses will leave at the regular time after 3.15pm.
Drivers have reported that there are ineligible students giving them permission slips that allow them on the bus to go home with friends.
Contractually Ritchies Transport Ltd transports eligible students from their home or nearest available stop to school in the morning and return them from school to home in the afternoons.
School buses are not to be used by ineligible students to get to after-school activities, jobs, friends etc.
Buses have a loading capacity and as some are combined with other schools they can be fully seated when all eligible students are on-board. Ineligible students cause the buses to reach more than capacity.
