On Wednesday 21 July, 14 students represented MPS and the South East Zone at the Canterbury Cross Country.

This week saw the postponed SE Zone Yr 5/ 6 Rippa Rugby Tournament held at St Leonard’s Park, Sumner.

Mt Pleasant Code Club was launched for the first time this term. 

As part of our Inquiry we have been reading lots of Dr Seuss books. This week’s book was ‘I am Not Going to Get Up Today!’ 

As part of our Pyjama Day activities, the children were challenged to be creative and design a pair of pyjamas for Mr Nord. 

Our brand spanking new soccer goals are being assembled this weekend, come lend a hand at School on Sunday!!

A thousand thank you's to everyone who was involved in our awesome fundraiser! A brilliant night out that was made possible by the businesses and people below ... we have raised over $8,000 for the school. Part of this is going towards an outdoor cabinet to store our newly acquired AED (automated external defibrillator) and the new soccer goals for the playground. Huge thanks to the team of volunteers that pitched in on the night ... super job!

It's Book Week next week, so every day after school next week every family is invited to buy a book to donate to our school library!
