Our Year 10 Coast to Coast class and three Year 9 Science classes had a bonus thanks to the generosity of Wilderlab giving Nayland College several free analysis kits to obtain the DNA profiles of water samples.

Please find attached our updated 2023 calendar, along with starting times and information for January. Note that the Ministry of Education has scheduled two further NCEA Review Staff Only Days for 2023, one of which is set for Wednesday 26 April, the other is yet to be confirmed.

It has been a busy year in the Nayland College Learning Support Centre and the students have had enjoyed many new experiences through in and out classroom.

Former refugees arrive in Nelson and Marlborough throughout the year. We are looking for volunteers to help families to settle in the region. It’s an amazing experience - most of our volunteers say they get so much more from it than they give.
